Nonprofit Security Advisors (NPSA) is a rapidly growing national consulting firm serving churches, Christian schools, and nonprofit organizations across the United States. The Marketing & Growth Coordinator will maintain and improve the email marketing engine while building new marketing channels to support the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize our proven email marketing strategy that currently generates approximately 580 qualified appointments annually
- Increase qualified appointments to 750 per year during 2027
- Develop new marketing channels, especially social media, to drive sustainable growth
- Produce 10 professional marketing videos each month
- Maintain Salesforce CRM accuracy and reporting
- Build and maintain the Marketing Operations Manual and Sales and Operations Manual
- Create an annual marketing plan with quarterly revisions and updates
- Continuously improve AI utilization and marketing automation
