They are seeking a Marketing Specialist to conduct research, support digital marketing efforts, and coordinate events to expand their presence in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on U.S. universities, research labs, funding agencies, and publishing trends
- Track emerging conversations around AI, academic integrity, and publication ethics within the U.S. research ecosystem
- Assist in Editage’s campaigns for the US audience (Thanksgiving, Black Friday, AI + Human launch, etc.)
- Support digital marketing — Ideation, drafting posts, coordinating between teams for the launch of IMC campaigns
- Track social media and digital performance metrics; assist in weekly campaign reporting and insight gathering
- Support coordination for on-ground university presence — researcher meetups, student workshops, and conference tie-ups
- Help plan and execute virtual or hybrid events for grad students and faculty
- Liaise with student groups and research organizations to drive awareness and partnerships
- Identify potential academic creators, grad fluencers, and research communicators in the U.S. to collaborate on campaigns
- Work on creator briefs and coordinate with creators on deliverables
Skills
- Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or related fields
- Strong interest in academic publishing, research, or higher education
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to work in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and CRM platforms is a plus
