The Planet Group is a rapidly growing private investment and infrastructure company focused on the wireless telecommunications and renewable energy sectors. They are seeking a Marketing Specialist of Content & Demand Generation to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs aimed at enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support company growth objectives and increase engagement with wireless real estate owners
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, digital advertising, social media, web, and other marketing platforms
- Develop and maintain an annual marketing plan and campaign calendar aligned with business priorities
- Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies to improve performance, conversion rates, and return on investment
- Assess market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Maintain and strengthen Unison's brand identity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
- Oversee the development of marketing content, messaging, and creative assets to support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness initiatives
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, positioning, and visual standards across all communications
- Manage website content and digital marketing assets to improve user experience and conversion performance
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness
- Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement data to provide actionable recommendations
- Partner with internal analytics teams to develop dashboards, reporting tools, and performance insights
- Regularly communicate marketing results, trends, and recommendations to leaders
- Identify and evaluate new lead generation opportunities, data sources, and customer acquisition changes
- Support the development of targeted marketing programs that increase lead volume and quality
- Manage database marketing initiatives and ensure accurate tracking, segmentation, and reporting
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and marketing partners to ensure high-quality execution and cost-effective results
- Oversee project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Develop and implement efficient processes that improve marketing execution, scalability, and operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop marketing solutions that support organizational goals
Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, direct marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and lead generations
- Demonstrated experience using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance marketing strategy, content development, lead generation, campaign performance, and operational efficiency
- Experience working with CRM platforms, SEO, marketing databases, and analytics
- Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Saleshandy, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar marketing technologies preferred
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital content strategies preferred
- Additional language proficiency, including Spanish, French, Italian, or German, is a plus
