As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide top-notch support to our medical staff, ensuring seamless clinic operations and an outstanding patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience
- Efficiently manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient information
- Provide exceptional front-office support, handling phone calls and ensuring timely responses to patient needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals
- Experience with medical administrative support systems (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing phone calls
- Knowledge of clinic operations and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with medical records management and maintaining accurate documentation
- Spanish language proficiency
- Availability to answer calls from 9am-5:30pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday
- Reliable phone services and strong internet connection
