Responsibilities
- Meet with credit union members via scheduled Zoom consultations
- Ask the right questions to understand each client’s needs
- Explain benefit options in a clear, straightforward way
- Walk clients through enrollment from start to finish
- Handle follow-ups, client questions, and policy updates
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation
- Stay compliant with company and regulatory standards
- Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team calls
Skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be physically located in the U.S
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop with webcam
- Candidates with customer service, sales, or advising backgrounds (helpful, not required)
