Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LidWorks is dedicated to designing and manufacturing reliable packaging solutions. They are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to support growth and build strong relationships with key Operators and Distributors.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales at chain accounts in the QSR, C-store, and Coffee segments with a focus on finding new customers
- Maintain a strong understanding of the foodservice industry, including Operators, Distributors, and relevant competitive players
- Apply a clear understanding of the company’s strategic plan and go-to-market approach to support business objectives and align with customer expectations
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Build and manage customer relationships by understanding their operations and engaging across key functional areas. Provide timely insights on pricing, market trends, and customer needs
- Identify new sales prospects within assigned markets and evaluate the potential of each opportunity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact, activity, and opportunity information within the CRM
- Demonstrate strong initiative, energy, and a commitment to achieving results
- Assist with the development of the annual sales budget and provide timely monthly forecast updates
- Collaborate across departments and support a team-focused environment
- Work from a home office and spend approximately 50% of the time meeting with customers
Skills
- Three to five years of foodservice sales experience
- Established customer relationships within the foodservice industry, particularly with chain accounts
- Ability to secure appointments and pursue new business opportunities in a competitive environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence customers and decision-makers
- Skilled in developing and delivering effective presentations
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Experience working with a CRM platform
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to travel 50% or more
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools
