As a National Account Manager, you will lead relationships with large healthcare customers, develop account plans, and drive new business growth across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business priorities and customer needs
- Own customer relationships at the corporate level for assigned national accounts
- Identify and pursue new business, expansion, renewal, and partnership opportunities across multi-site customers
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including clinical, financial, and procurement leaders
- Lead strategic conversations focused on service reliability, clinical and operational fit, and long-term value
- Contribute to proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to meet both customer and operational goals
- Partner with internal teams to align account strategy with local execution and post-sale support
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, market trends, and growth opportunities
- Represent Jubilant at customer meetings, industry events, and professional forums
- Maintain knowledge of radiopharmaceutical products (SPECT, PET, Gallium), market dynamics, and regulatory requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of progressive sales or account management experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or radiopharmaceutical industries
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex, multi-site or national accounts
- Experience with contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and enterprise-level sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue growth targets
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and quality systems
- Strong skills in account strategy, negotiation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
- MBA or advanced degree
- Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL) or similar certification
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical sales certifications
- Experience with radiopharmaceutical products such as SPECT, PET, or theranostics
- Familiarity with GPO/IDN contracting and hospital procurement processes
