Connected Dealer Services is an innovative technology company offering cloud-based solutions tailored for modern car dealerships across the US. The National Sales Director is responsible for the success of the company’s sales targets, collaborating with their sales team to identify new business opportunities and ensuring performance in their assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the sales lead point of the assigned territory while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Collaborate with their account manager to ensure the customer is served appropriately
- Develop strategies to grow existing accounts
- Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s needs
- Exceed customer expectations
- Utilize outstanding sales skills to prospect, demo, and ultimately close new business
- Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure new sales team members are on board
- Assist new sales team members in achieving new business sales targets
Skills
- Extensive Experience working in the Automotive Finance or Special Finance market (5+ years)
- Ability to prove a positive/growth history
- Able to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in sales and account management through previous roles
- Must live within the assigned geographical territory
- Must be willing to travel 90% of every month
- Must be able to sit for extended periods while traveling
- Repetitive motion is required for computer entry
