Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ACCI Search Partners is seeking a National Sales Director of Surgical Sales focused on Trauma / Orthopedic. This role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and collaboration with various team members to manage sales efforts and report on progress to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Driving business growth by developing and executing a strategic plan
- Collaborating with key team members, including Area Vice Presidents, Region Sales Managers and Specialists, Medical Affairs personnel, and 1099 (ASR) organization principals and sales reps
- Directing the execution of corporate and tactical strategies tailored to specific specialties
- Managing the sales pipeline and tracking performance
- Reporting national sales progress to senior leadership on a regular basis
Skills
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in their specialty area of focus
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans
- Solid understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or business preferred
- 8+ years Medical Device surgical sales with 3+ years in Sales Management preferred
