Join Our Dynamic Team and Drive Talent Acquisition Excellence We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Operations Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying and hiring top talent for our high-volume non-exempt and exempt branch positions across the nation. As a key player in our team, you will focus on hiring for roles such as Heavy Equipment Mechanics, CDL drivers, Rental Coordinators, Service Managers, and more. Key Responsibilities: Full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned regions or verticals, with a deep understanding of the market and job specifications Building and maintaining relationships with managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Utilizing multiple recruiting sources and innovative strategies to develop a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates Screening resumes, managing candidates throughout the hiring process, and negotiating final offers Meeting or exceeding recruiting KPIs, including time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire Maintaining accurate candidate records and collaborating with the Talent team and onboarding team to finalize the offer process Ensuring compliance with current legal standards and collaborating on future hiring processes and best practices What We Offer: Competitive salary ($55,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and location) Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off (PTO) State-of-the-art onsite gym (Corporate HQ) or gym stipend for remote employees, seasonal and year-round wellness challenges, and company-sponsored events Opportunities for career and professional development, volunteering, and local charity initiatives About You: We're looking for a talented and motivated individual with at least 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries. You should have: Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor, and Grayscale Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person) Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field preferred Ability to travel when required (less than 10%) Don't Miss This Opportunity!
