The role involves acting as a bridge between functional requirements and solution architecture, contributing to solution design, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a bridge between functional requirements and solution architecture
- Contributing to solution design and long-term maintainability of HCM applications
- Building and maintaining effective delivery roadmaps for HR modules
- Interacting with product owners and stakeholders to clarify complex requirements
- Collaborating with other engineers and properly documenting your design & solutions
Skills
- Strong Oracle HCM Functional advisory skills (Core HR, Payroll, or Recruitment)
- Deep expertise in Solution Architecture within the Oracle ecosystem
- Experience in high-impact, large-scale HR Transformation initiatives
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous experience working within complex public sector environments
- Hands-on experience with Cloud-based HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
