Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Campus4Tech is offering a hands-on Training & Placement Program for aspiring Oracle HCM Core HR Functional Analysts. The role involves configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Core HR modules, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and providing support during implementation and upgrades. Responsibilities Configure and support Oracle HCM Core HR modules, including Workforce Structures, Person Management, Employment, and Organization Management Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather and document requirements Prepare and maintain functional documents such as BRDs, FRDs, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and setup documents Support HCM security roles, data security, and user access configurations Assist with data conversions, validations, and reconciliation during implementation and upgrades Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems (payroll, benefits, identity management, etc.) Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, including issue resolution and enhancements Work closely with technical teams on OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas as needed Stay current with Oracle quarterly releases and recommend functional improvements Skills Candidates with no prior Oracle HCM experience but with a background in HR, HRIS, ERP systems, business analysis, or IT Fresh graduates, career switchers, or returning professionals interested in building a career in Oracle HCM Functional analysts interested in configuring and supporting Core HR, Workforce Structures, Person Management, and Security Strong communicators who enjoy translating business and HR requirements into system solutions Individuals comfortable working in Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery environments Background in HR processes, HRIS systems, data analysis, or ERP applications Company Overview At Campus4Tech, we specialize in providing transformative training programs tailored for individuals seeking to enhance their skills, regardless of previous career paths or employment gaps.
