As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will help organizations in the Business Services industry embrace AI and improve their operational efficiency by connecting strategy with technology.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leaders to understand strategic priorities and define AI enabled transformation strategies
- Lead discovery sessions focused on business outcomes rather than software features
- Deliver compelling demonstrations that connect finance, projects, operations, customer engagement, and AI into one business story
- Develop deep expertise across the Business Services industry and become a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Build industry thought leadership, reusable demonstration assets, and executive presentations
- Mentor Solution Consultants and represent Oracle NetSuite at executive briefings and industry events
Skills
- 7+ years of Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, ERP Consulting, Business Consulting, Professional Services, Operations, or related experience
- Experience supporting Consulting, Advertising, Professional Services, Transportation, or Business Services organizations
- Strong understanding of ERP, Financial Management, Professional Services Automation, CRM, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition, or Enterprise Applications
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated passion for AI and emerging technologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
