Oracle is a leading company in cloud business management solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for Intelligent Finance & AI. This role involves engaging with customers to transform their finance operations using Oracle's AI-powered solutions, providing strategic direction, and serving as a trusted advisor to finance leaders.
Responsibilities
- As a subject matter expert, the Senior Solution Consultant, Strategic Finance & AI provides strategic direction and specialized knowledge around Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), solutions related to a customer’s business and industry
- You will partner with finance leaders to reimagine how planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and decision-making processes can be transformed through NetSuite’s EPM and AI-powered capabilities. Your objective is not only to demonstrate software functionality, but to help customers envision new ways of operating through predictive insights, automation, and intelligent decision support
- You will create and facilitate a vision for customers using executive presentations, solution workshops, demonstrations, benchmarks, and AI innovation sessions that showcase the “Power of Prediction.”
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, FP&A leaders, Controllers, Finance Transformation executives, and Line of Business stakeholders
- Lead discovery sessions focused on understanding business objectives, planning maturity, data challenges, operational inefficiencies, and AI readiness
- Design and deliver value-based demonstrations that connect NetSuite’s EPM, Analytics, and AI capabilities to measurable business value. Articulate the benefit of out of the box integration to NetSuite ERP as well as utilizing 3rd party data sources to support modeling
- Translate complex customer requirements into solution strategies that leverage NetSuite’s AI-enabled planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management capabilities
- Articulate the value of AI-driven finance transformation, including predictive planning, intelligent variance analysis, narrative reporting, forecasting optimization, and decision intelligence
- Partner with Account Executives to develop compelling business cases and executive-level value propositions
- Demonstrate Oracle NetSuite’s vision for autonomous finance operations through embedded AI, digital assistants, machine learning, and agentic workflows
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to provide market feedback and influence future AI and EPM innovation
- Develop executive presentations and thought leadership content focused on modern finance, AI adoption, and business transformation
- Support strategic sales cycles by conducting workshops, proof-of-concepts, solution architecture reviews, and executive briefings
- Act as an internal champion for AI innovation, educating peers and stakeholders on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive differentiation
- Mentor and develop less experienced Solution Consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing, and demonstration best practices

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.
