A.M. Accounting Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Remote Accountant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting services for a variety of clients. • Handle tasks including payroll, sales tax (Transaction Privilege Tax), 1099 preparation, and Workers' Compensation/Insurance audits. • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy. • Maintain financial data integrity and perform regular checks to ensure compliance and correctness. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or a related field). • Proven accounting experience (preferred). • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Client Relationship Manager (CRM) software. • Ability to quickly learn new accounting software and systems. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. • A high level of honesty, integrity, dependability, and critical thinking. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Business tax preparation experience is a plus, but not required.
