This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
About the Role:
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will:
- Engage in online conversations with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and develop a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus!)
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
