We are hiring a motivated Remote Part-Time Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide professional support. This position is ideal for individuals who want flexible working hours and enjoy assisting customers in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions promptly and professionally
- Make outbound follow-up calls when required
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
- Handle complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Record details of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors
- Meet performance goals for call handling and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center software
- Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible part-time shifts, including evenings or weekends
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or virtual support role
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service or call-handling experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are also welcome)
