About the Role Paid Part-time (at least 4 hours per week) 100% flexible hours (you set your hours) and is remote (work from anywhere in the world) You can take on as many as 5 or as little as 1 client at any given time What You Will Be Doing Help students with their resumes and cover letters so they can land an interview at a consulting firm Answer questions about a career in management consulting Collaborate with clients and provide support in networking and application strategies Job Requirements Must love mentoring and coaching others Able to commit at least 4 hours per week Worked at least 2 years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG as a recruiter or above Some of the Mentors We've Had Consultant turned writer looking for additional income Strategy manager at Google saving up for a wedding Former consultant looking additional income after entering non-profit Former manager who was in-between jobs Stay at home mom looking to break routine Startup founder still figuring out product/market fit Harvard Business School student who loves mentoring; covering rent, food, and travel during business school VP of Fortune 500 who just loves mentoring students on the side About Us (My Consulting Offer) We help students and young professionals transition into a career in management consulting.
