We're looking for experienced English-speaking professionals to join our growing remote team as Patient Scheduling Specialists. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients scheduling important medical imaging appointments, providing a professional, compassionate, and efficient experience from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys balancing accuracy, empathy, and productivity while working from home.
What You'll Do
As part of our scheduling team, you will:
Answer inbound patient calls professionally and confidently
Make outbound calls when follow-up is required
Respond to patient inquiries via email
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
Verify and update patient information accurately
Explain scheduling requirements and appointment preparation instructions
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and internal teams
Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions accurately
Deliver an exceptional patient experience on every interaction
Contract & Compensation
$5.50 USD per hour
Paid weekly in arrears
Independent contractor position
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Weekends off
Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
Training
Your onboarding includes:
Two weeks of paid product training
One week of nesting with coaching support
Transition into production immediately after nesting

A company laptop will be shipped to successful candidates. However, applicants must already have a computer that meets the following requirements.
Minimum requirements:
Windows 11 computer (Mac devices are not supported)
Intel i5 processor or higher
Minimum 16 GB RAM
Webcam
USB headset
Reliable fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection
Quiet, professional workspace free from distractions
A second monitor
A backup power solution is strongly preferred to help ensure uninterrupted productivity during power outages.
