We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Officer to join our talented team at BookCheck, a leading provider of outsourced payroll services with a national reputation for quality and customer service. About the Role:
In this exciting and flexible role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes for a variety of clients, including payroll journals, importing/exporting csv files, holiday pay, statutory deductions, and auto-enrolment. You will also provide exceptional customer service, responding to payroll queries and building strong relationships with our client base. With a dedicated training and development program, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and progress within the company.

- Competitive salary: £20-40k, depending on experience, plus benefits

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a bureau environment
- Experience with Iris Payroll Professional software (desirable)
- Strong payroll legislation knowledge and ability to establish good working relationships with clients
- Proficient in Excel and able to work independently from home
- Self-motivated, professional, and adaptable with good organisational and communication skills
- Own PC and good broadband connection required
