Pave Talent is managing a recruitment for a growing, independent multi-carrier insurance agency seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. This remote role focuses on servicing existing clients through relationship-based calls, handling policy requests, and maintaining documentation without any cold sales or quotas.
Responsibilities
- Be a primary point of contact for personal lines clients: service requests, policy questions, and coverage inquiries
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates across multiple carriers
- Handle certificates of insurance (COIs), ID cards, billing questions, and account maintenance
- Own renewals and retention on a warm, referral-driven book
- Support claims and coordinate follow-up so nothing slips
- Keep clean documentation in the agency management system (AMS) for every interaction
Skills
- Personal lines servicing experience across multiple lines (home, auto, umbrella), as the recent core of your work
- An active Property and Casualty (P&C) license, or willingness to obtain one before your start date
- Strong phone and written communication
- A track record of working remotely and staying self-directed
- Residency in California, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Indiana, or Utah
- Independent-agency or brokerage background (preferred over captive)
- Experience with QQ Catalyst or a comparable agency management system
- High-value-home or specialty personal-lines depth
