WHAT YOU'LL DO Cash Management: • Monitor daily cash balances, optimize liquidity, and execute cash flow forecasting. Accounts Payable (AP) Supervision: • Oversee the AP process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations. • Ensure timely and accurate payment processing while maintaining strong vendor relationships. General Ledger Management: • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes. • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address accounting-related inquiries. Operational Accounting: • Apply expertise in operational accounting principles to enhance financial processes. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Netsuite Expertise: • Leverage expert-level knowledge of Netsuite to manage financial data, reporting, and analysis. • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize system functionality. Financial Reporting: • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP. • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Internal Controls: • Support the Controller in developing and maintaining internal controls. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. WHO YOU ARE • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • CPA designation preferred. • Big 4 public accounting experience is essential. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
