Role Snapshot: Position: Quickbooks Online Bookkeeper Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: a competitive salary Location: Remote Company: Workwarp   Job Details: Beyond Numbers (formally Gray Services) is seeking an experienced bookkeeper proficient in Quickbooks Online to fill a vital role within our team, working full-time at 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Purpose of Role: As a bookkeeper, your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate financial records for our clients. You will prepare financial statements and engage in frequent communication with clients. Key Duties: • Review and reconcile records within Quickbooks Online. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Prepare review notes and communicate with client managers to address any issues. • Review monthly reconciliations of customers' accounts. • Process bill payments based on client instructions. • Maintain proper documentation by saving receipts within client files. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. • Prepare client-required documents such as W-2 forms and tax information. • Perform other bookkeeping duties as assigned.
