Key Job Details: Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: a competitive salary Position: Remote Recruiter | Military Spouse Preferred Company: Workwarp Location: Remote   Position Details: • Position: Remote Recruiter • Pay: $21/hour with OTE $60,000... • Location: Fully Remote • Schedule: Full-time What You’ll Do: • Work directly with pre-qualified applicants, helping them decide if obtaining their CDL-A is the right path for them. • Guide candidates through the enrollment process, providing support by phone, text, and email. • Coordinate with workforce grant agencies and loan partners to ensure candidates have access to the financial support they need. • Assist military candidates in utilizing their GI Bill benefits. • Foster strong relationships with applicants and act as a trusted resource throughout their journey. What We’re Looking For: • A passion for helping others achieve their career goals. • Strong communication skills – you’ll be speaking with potential candidates via phone, email, and text. • Experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus, but not required. • Military spouses are highly encouraged to apply, as this role offers flexibility and an understanding of military life. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations at once.
