Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with client managers to identify and address staffing requirements. • Assist drivers with client/carrier applications, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately completed. • Organize and coordinate orientation logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements. • Perform various administrative tasks and provide support to the team as needed. Required Skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Strong organizational skills to manage logistics and administrative duties. • Ability to work collaboratively with client managers. • Previous experience in customer service, recruiting, or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory. Qualifications • No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. • Must be available during standard business hours. • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
