This exciting opportunity requires a strong and diverse skillset in product analysis, business analysis, and finance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the finance function, develop clear and detailed user stories, and create comprehensive documentation to guide development teams. Your expertise in data analysis, SQL, and data modeling will enable you to translate complex financial requirements into scalable data assets, leveraging best practices in data governance. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other artifacts to guide development teams Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, test cases, and user guides Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of financial data solutions Translate complex financial requirements into scalable data assets, leveraging best practices in data modeling and governance Act as a liaison between finance users and technical teams, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts Participate in Agile ceremonies and conduct functional testing to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs Analyze financial data and reporting needs to propose innovative solutions for portfolio management, forecasting, budgeting, and other key finance activities Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in an enterprise environment Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies Knowledge of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio management Proficiency in creating user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Familiarity with data modeling, data governance, and creating reusable data assets Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) Experience with financial software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Knowledge of SQL and other query languages What We Offer: Competitive salary and comprehensive compensation package Flexible, hybrid remote arrangement Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry Professional development and growth opportunities Don't Miss This Opportunity - Apply Now!
