HMG AMERICA LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of next-generation Advertising Technology products. The role focuses on defining product vision and delivering scalable advertising solutions, particularly in ad optimization and monetization.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AdTech products, from strategy to launch
- Define and prioritize product roadmap, features, and technical requirements
- Build products focused on ad optimization , ad serving , ad auctions , and revenue optimization
- Partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver scalable advertising solutions
- Drive improvements in ad targeting, ad ranking, fill rate, yield optimization, and monetization
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
- Work with machine learning teams to implement recommendation, personalization, and optimization models
- Analyze product performance using business and advertising KPIs, including revenue, CTR, CPM, conversion, and user engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve advertising efficiency and customer experience
Skills
- Product Management experience with enterprise software or AdTech products
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, or Principal Product Manager
- Strong experience building products in one or more of the following: Ad Optimization, Ad Serving, Programmatic Advertising, Real-Time Bidding (RTB), Ad Auctions, Yield Optimization, Advertising Monetization
- Experience defining product strategy, writing PRDs, and managing product backlogs
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Jira, and product delivery processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Video Advertising, OTT, CTV (Connected TV), or streaming platforms
- Experience working on advertising products for companies such as streaming, digital media, or AdTech platforms
- Knowledge of recommendation systems, personalization, ranking algorithms, or machine learning-driven optimization
- Experience working with advertising analytics, experimentation (A/B testing), and data-driven product decisions
- Candidates from companies or platforms specializing in digital advertising, streaming media, video advertising, programmatic advertising, or advertising technology are highly preferred
