Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Advocacy: Engage with internal customers across Aetna, CVS, and PCW to uncover their clinical data challenges, translate those needs into clear product requirements, and champion those requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Requirement Engineering: Draft concise, high‑level user stories and functional specifications for “net‑new” requests, then present them to CDR delivery workstreams and data‑engineering partners for feasibility assessment and roadmap inclusion.
- Financial Stewardship: Collaborate with fellow Product Owners and Data Engineers to develop effort estimates, craft business cases, and secure funding for new features, ensuring a balanced portfolio of high‑impact investments.
- Compliance & Privacy Oversight: Work hand‑in‑hand with Enterprise Legal and Privacy teams to verify that all data egress aligns with HIPAA, TP&O, Minimum Necessary, and emerging interoperability regulations (e.g., CMS 9115, 9123).
- Customer Experience Measurement: Drive continuous improvement by collecting and analyzing Net Promoter Score (NPS) data, conducting one‑on‑one interviews, and leveraging other feedback mechanisms to gauge satisfaction and identify pain points.
- Thought Leadership & Enablement: Build sales and marketing collateral, white papers, and user‑facing documentation from the ground up, empowering sales teams and customers to understand and adopt CDR capabilities quickly.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a proven track record of delivering data‑centric products.
