They are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee a federal contract supporting medical device maintenance and logistics, ensuring compliance and successful execution of contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Direct all aspects of the IDIQ contract and task orders
- Manage lifecycle execution and ensure compliance
- Serve as liaison to KO and COR
- Manage internal/external reporting and executive briefings
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Establish KPIs and manage schedules (IMS)
- Conduct performance reviews and improve operations
- Manage 25–100+ personnel
- Lead staffing, onboarding, and development
- Oversee subcontractor network and compliance
- Manage biomedical and lab equipment lifecycle
- Ensure calibration and compliance standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder coordination
- Performs other duties as assigned
