The Program Manager leads a multidisciplinary program delivering procurement, installation, monitoring, and maintenance services for Industrial Control Systems, while overseeing multiple task orders and ensuring all objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary program delivering procurement, installation, monitoring, and maintenance services for Industrial Control Systems
- Oversee multiple simultaneous task orders at federal facilities, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, cybersecurity, and safety objectives are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact to government stakeholders, guiding program planning, staffing, subcontractor management, risk management, and reporting
- Have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of this contract
Skills
- Seven (7) to 10 years of relevant experience in UMCS, ESS, FAS, and SCADA technologies
- Minimum five years in a management or supervisory capacity
- Minimum five years working in the functional areas being managed, such as building automation, electronic security, or fire alarm systems
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-site programs with firm fixed price task orders
- Proficiency with program controls including scope, schedule, budget, EVMS or equivalent reporting, risk and change management, and subcontractor oversight
- Working knowledge of federal standards and criteria that commonly apply to this work, including UFGS, UFC, EM 385-1-1, and applicable NFPA codes for fire and life safety
- Familiarity with ICS cybersecurity practices and controls aligned with NIST guidance for operational technology environments
- Strong communication skills with experience briefing senior stakeholders and writing clear technical and management reports
- Experience implementing corporate and site Quality Control plans, including three phase control, and managing inspections and submittals in RMS/QCS
- Ability to travel to active project sites, including secure facilities
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited institution, or a closely related field aligned to the program's functional areas
- Prior experience supporting federal programs involving UMCS, ESS, SCADA, or facility modernization
- Experience integrating legacy building automation with new DDC systems, metering, and enterprise monitoring platforms
- PMP certification
- PE or another relevant professional credential
- Advanced degree in engineering, business, or related discipline
