They are seeking a talented Program Manager responsible for client communication, project management, and ensuring client satisfaction while overseeing project progress and budget management.
Responsibilities
- Builds and manages client relationships, with support from Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction
- Works with client(s) to design the project approach and develop implementation plans
- Oversight and management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects
- Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to leadership of progress towards business goals
- Manages, prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s)
- May supervise additional account management staff (i/e Program Specialist)
- Actively manage projects across non-direct reports, while recommending program changes as needed
- Ability to quickly escalate any risk(s) and implement risk mitigation solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's or higher degree
- Five (5) or more years of provider healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid) experience
- Strong presenter who communicates ideas clearly with the ability to train, guide and mentor junior colleagues
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel/ (pivot tables), Power Point, and Word
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification OR willing to obtain within 1 year of being hired
- Fully Remote (work from home) position within the United States
- All candidates MUST be comfortable working hours that align with our team in the Pacific Time Zone (US)
- For all remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload
- Travel up to 10% may be required
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week)
