Saicon is expanding its Project Management team and is seeking experienced Agile Project Managers to support strategic initiatives across its digital product organization. The role involves leading Agile project execution, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile project execution from initiation through delivery
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile events
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders
- Proactively identify roadblocks and drive resolution
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, Analytics, and business stakeholders
- Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining high quality standards
- Note: This is a Project Manager role. Product Owners will be responsible for backlog management and prioritization
Skills
- Strong experience as an Agile Project Manager
- Experience managing iterative software development projects
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting Eastern Time business hours
- Experience within educational technology (EdTech)
- Experience supporting SaaS or digital product organizations
