[Remote] QA Delivery Manager – Healthcare Payer

Skills

• 12+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in a leadership/management role
• Mandatory Healthcare Payer experience
• Strong knowledge of claims, member, provider, and MMIS applications
• Experience with Facets, QNXT, HealthEdge, or similar payer platforms
• Hands-on experience with SQL, API testing, and test automation
• Knowledge of X12 EDI, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS regulations
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
