Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Influence Mobile is a company that runs Rewarded Play, Google Play's top rewarded gaming app in the US. They are seeking a recent college graduate who is excited about using AI to transform quality assurance processes and will be responsible for manual testing as well as building AI-driven QA solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual test plans across our Android app, upcoming iOS app, web tools, and backend services
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered testing tools and frameworks
- Build and maintain automated test suites that reduce manual testing time and increase coverage
- Document QA processes, test cases, and quality standards
- Track, report, and triage bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity assessments
- Report on QA metrics: test coverage, defect escape rate, automation percentage, time-to-release
- Participate in sprint planning, feature reviews, and release processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, UI/UX Design, Software Engineering, or related field (graduated within the last 2 years)
- Demonstrated interest in AI/ML tools — personal projects, coursework, or self-directed learning
- Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git
- Mobile app testing experience (Android preferred)
- Prompt engineering or AI-assisted development experience
- A portfolio showing creative problem-solving
