Role Description The Remote Real Estate Mentor & Growth Partner is a contract role focused on guiding real estate professionals through business development, transaction processes, and strategic growth initiatives. This role involves conducting virtual coaching sessions, hosting small group masterminds, and providing one-on-one mentorship on topics such as lead generation, listing and buyer presentation skills, and business planning. The mentor will help agents implement effective systems, review performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, and client experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating actionable growth plans, sharing best practices, facilitating training in digital tools and platforms, and collaborating with AGNT leadership to align mentorship programs with organizational goals. The position is fully remote and requires consistent communication, documentation of progress, and proactive support for agents at various stages of their careers. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience as a real estate agent, team leader, or broker with a strong track record of production and agent development. • Expertise in business planning, lead generation strategies, and building scalable systems for listings, buyers, and client communication. • Ability to mentor and coach professionals using clear, constructive feedback and structured growth frameworks. • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive coaching style. • Comfort with virtual collaboration tools, CRM platforms, and online training or webinar technologies. • Capacity to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple mentees, and maintain organized records of coaching activities. • Understanding of residential real estate market dynamics, compliance considerations, and brokerage operations in at least one major region. • Prior experience delivering training, workshops, or mentoring programs is highly beneficial; coaching certifications or leadership training are a plus.
