[Remote] Recruiter - $58 - $65 per hour

The role involves managing the full recruiting lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities • Own the full end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing through offer acceptance • Source, screen, and close candidates across technical and non-technical roles • Coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions, and help train interviewers • Partner with hiring managers across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom • Deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience at every stage of the process • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build scalable, data-driven hiring processes Skills • 2+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment (under 200 employees) • Proven success sourcing and hiring technical talent, especially in Python, Go, and enterprise software • Hands-on experience with tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and other job boards • Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously • Creativity, flexibility, and empathy when working with candidates and hiring teams Company Overview • It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
