Job Description: We’re hiring driven, phone-first recruiters who can dial at scale and stay sharp across hundreds of conversations per week. If you’ve worked in a call center, outbound sales, recruiting, or collections, and you’re comfortable making 250–300+ outbound dials per day, this could be the opportunity that finally pays you what you’re worth. This is a remote W2 position with a base salary, bonus potential, and long-term residual earnings. You’ll be joining a team focused on outreach and relationship-building, with a clear path for growth and strong income potential.
