Remote Recruiter - Commission Based Position

This is a 100% commission-based position with no base salary. As a Recruiter, you will earn 40% of the placement fees for each successful hire. Your earnings are directly tied to your performance, providing unlimited income potential based on the placements you make. Responsibilities include but are not limited to... • Screening and interviewing potential candidates • B2B development for potential clients • Developing recruitment initiatives and marketing materials to attract applicants • Maintaining all employee files, assuring all necessary documentation is maintained and managed appropriately. • Initiate and maintain contact with qualified candidates for job openings throughout recruitment and hiring process • Developing and improving recruiting processes from the ground up • Working with the Leadership to understand the Business needs • Meeting established hiring goals and maintain compliance • Managing the candidate experience and create positive relationships • Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute comprehensive recruiting plans • Drawing insights from analytics to make processes more efficient • Interacting and build successful relationships with key business leaders and serve as a primary source of recruitment strategy, consultation, and education • Preparing employment offers and extend offer to candidates We would love to hear from you!!
