Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter who will specialize in supporting a key client's business needs, with the drive to understand talent, help others develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. This is a W2 contract opportunity for an experienced recruiting professional with expertise in recruiting for Corporate/ Go-to -market positions or IT roles. The ideal candidate will excel in leading intake meetings, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering market insights to inform strategic hiring decisions. Required • Industry: 2+ years of corporate or IT recruiting experience. • Full life cycle recruiting experience, leading intake calls with hiring managers, conducting consultative conversations with hiring managers, and providing market intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions. • Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills with a self-starter mindset. • Demonstrated success in managing multiple requisitions independently. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have • Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree About Talent Solutions Talent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
