Remote Recruiter - Independent Contractor

We seek a motivated and self-driven Independent Contractor Recruiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your own resources and budget to generate leads (note: leads will not be provided) - Work aggressively to pursue and attract candidates for open positions - Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process - Collaborate with our back office support team for updates and utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient candidate tracking - Build and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and clients Requirements: - Must have the ability to work on a 100% commission basis; no base salary or draws are provided - Must own a laptop or desktop computer - Need to possess a phone with a US phone number that can place and receive calls - Have an ambitious and aggressive attitude towards sourcing and recruiting candidates - Prior experience in recruitment is preferred, but not required; we’re willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn and can commit the necessary time - Flexible scheduling is available; you choose your hours, whether part-time or full-time - A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is preferred What We Offer: - The freedom to choose your own working hours, with the flexibility to work part-time or full-time - Comprehensive support from our back office team, including client communication updates and an ATS for managing candidates - An opportunity to earn over $100,000 per year for top performers This role is ideal for resourceful, comfortable working independently individuals who are looking to leverage their recruitment skills in a flexible and potentially highly rewarding commission-based position.
