Key Responsibilities • Proactively source, interview, and recruit talented sales associates to realize team expansion goals. • Facilitate the onboarding and training of new agents, guiding them through their initial business steps until their first 10 closings, before transitioning them to the Director of Sales. • Collaborate with sales associates to establish and achieve their career objectives, conducting bi-monthly one-on-one check-ins. • Drive team performance by motivating members and holding them accountable through regular performance reviews. • Manage lead activities, ensuring adherence to follow-up protocols. • Conduct and facilitate sales meetings, lead script practice, and assist agents in their lead generation efforts. • Set ambitious goals for team members, develop project plans, and support their ongoing career advancement. Required Skills • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport. • Strong leadership, management, and team-building capabilities. • Proven expertise in goal setting, planning, and accountability. • Demonstrated experience in recruiting and developing top-tier talent. • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving. • Solid understanding of sales processes; familiarity with real estate is advantageous. • Proficient in technology and computer systems; experience with MLS is a plus. Qualifications • Proven experience in recruitment and leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
