Job Highlights: 100% Commission Flexible Schedule Yearly Compensation: $72,000 - $331,200 Benefits: Work from home Independent contractor Uncapped earning potential (commission only) The Recruiter will source, identify and contact potential candidates to fill open job roles handled by the agency. Additionally, the recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
