Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating leads and converting them into accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to understand and communicate product features and benefits
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and potential market shifts
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts as required
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in the market landscape, adapting sales strategies accordingly
