Key Highlights: Competitive salary up to $75,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with company match Generous paid time off (PTO) and company-paid holidays Opportunities for career growth and professional development Engaging company culture with events, wellness challenges, and community volunteering initiatives Job Responsibilities: As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for: Managing full-lifecycle recruiting for high-volume non-exempt and exempt positions Building relationships with hiring managers to understand their departments and job specifications Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates using innovative recruiting strategies Screening resumes and managing candidates throughout the hiring process Ensuring compliance with legal standards in recruiting practices Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: Minimum 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the construction or operations industry Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person) Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field preferred Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following skills, you'll stand out from the crowd: Experience in recruiting exempt sales roles in the construction industry or similar operations sectors Knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods, including Boolean searches Ability to travel when required (less than 10%) We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
