The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the South Central US region.

- Strong knowledge of the food safety and quality industry, including allergen and pathogen detection
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to reside in the sales region
