The role involves leading sales initiatives, analyzing statistics to drive business growth, and developing strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals.
Responsibilities

- Senior sales manager in charge of sales activities and team
- Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department
- Report to the Chief Sales Officer
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential
- Establish and monitor performance goals for all sales employees
- Develop and participate with the CSO, in the development of the strategic sales plan
- Implement direct sales plan to achieve objectives established in the company’s strategic plan
- Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities
