Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Process orders, account updates, returns, refunds, and service requests accurately
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system
- Provide customers with product, service, billing, and account information
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary
- Meet company productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction standards
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
