RG&T Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science to develop advanced analytics solutions. The role involves designing and building AI agents, preparing datasets, collaborating with stakeholders, and deploying AI and ML models.
Responsibilities
- Designing and building AI agents and RAG databases for data retrieval and analysis
- Preparing complex datasets, developing analytics, and deploying solutions using data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define problems, perform analysis, and improve processes
- Developing and deploying AI and ML models on cloud platforms like Google Cloud
- Leveraging large data sources to generate business insights and features for innovative solutions
- Understanding structured and unstructured data sources
Skills
- 9+ years of experience, including 4+ years with GenAI Data Science
- Proficiency in Python, version control (git), and managing dependencies
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, cloud computing, and multi-agent systems
- Experience with agents frameworks (e.g., Langchain), prompt engineering, chatbots, virtual assistants, image generation, and LLMs
- Expertise in RAG, vector databases, and working with proprietary or open-source language models
