- Leading or contributing to medium-to-large feature releases and cross-team projects

- Participating in design reviews and mentoring engineers

- Sharing knowledge and supporting team growth
- Engaging in hiring, code reviews, and maintaining performance milestones
- Possibly taking on product or leadership roles like Product Lead or Scrum Master
Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in containerized, scalable architectures
- Expertise in container deployment, Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible), Shell scripting, and object-oriented design
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Typescript, and tools like Git and IntelliJ
- Knowledge of agile practices and computer science fundamentals
- Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience with security
- SaaS products
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure)
