The role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while partnering with the executive team to guide growth and enhance operational performance. Responsibilities • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-range planning • Lead the accounting function, including monthly close, financial statements, compliance, and internal controls • Deliver clear financial insights, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations • Improve financial systems, processes, and tools to support scale • Manage and develop a high-performing Finance & Accounting team Skills • 15+ years of experience across Accounting and FP&A • Background in Wealth Management or related financial services • Strategic, self-directed leader with strong communication skills • CPA strongly preferred Company Overview • Atlantic Group, founded in 2006, is an industry leader in executive and professional search & staffing.
